We will start with an analysis of your current systems. We will then determine with you what your computer needs are to develop an IT approach that is specific to your business. Based on the IT plan we develop specially for you, we can review your network and e-mail systems and make recommendations, like virus and spam management.

We will review your data backup system and networking equipment with you to determine whether or not they are engineered to meet your needs. Many of our decisions and recommendations will be based on you need for system availability and your particular security concerns.

If one minute of system downtime of a particular system (usually e-mail or your information database) will cost you many thousands of dollars in lost productivity, then it is time to engineer your computers to be very fault tolerant and these solutions are more complex. Most of the time, we can recommend ways to allow you to recover from a system interruption with a couple of hours.
